Orders placed on this website are subject to the terms and conditions below. Our Terms of Service are provided to ensure that both parties fully understand and agree to the terms of this agreement so that both parties can protect themselves and set expectations on what to expect from us.

1. GENERAL

Please note that stock availability varies. We do our best to keep our website updated with accurate inventory counts, however, we cannot guarantee that all of your items will be available at the time you make your purchase, no matter how hard we try. It will be our responsibility to provide the available products to you as soon as they become available. Once this occurs, we will contact you to find out whether you prefer to receive a refund or wait for the back ordered item to be restocked.

2. SHIPPING COST

In the checkout process, the shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and shipping destination of the items in the order. It will be necessary to pay shipping charges at the time of purchase. Only the shipping cost will be charged to the customer, and they will not have to pay anything else.

3. DELIVERY TERMS

3.1 Transit Time Domestically
There is an average transit time of 2 to 7 days for domestic shipments.

3.2 Transit time Internationally
The transit time of international orders is usually 4 – 22 days. Your chosen courier will have a huge influence on this. When you select your courier at the checkout, we can provide you with a more accurate estimate.

3.3 Dispatch Time
Once an order has been paid for, it is usually dispatched within two business days. On a normal business day, the warehouse tends to operate Monday through Friday, with the exception of national holidays. Our goal is to minimize shipping delays in these cases to the maximum extent possible.

3.4 Change of Delivery Address
Changing the delivery address is possible before the order is dispatched.

3.5 P.O. Box Shipping
PK Amigos Impex Ltd will ship only to PO box addresses using postal services. Courier services are not available at these locations.

3.6 Military Address Shipping
USPS offers shipping to military addresses. Due to the nature of the service, we are not able to offer it via courier.

3.7 Items Out of Stock
The out-of-stock items will be restocked as soon as they become available and we will dispatch your order once they are ready. We will reserve this item until the remainder of the order has been received.

3.8 Delivery Time Exceeded
To investigate a delivery time that exceeds what was forecasted, please get in touch with us.

4. TRACKING NOTIFICATION

Customers will receive a tracking link as soon as their shipment has been dispatched, so they can track its progress based on the latest shipping provider updates.

5. PARCEL DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

We recommend that if you notice a damaged parcel during transit, reject it from the courier. Then, contact our customer service department if possible in order to resolve the issue. We recommend that you contact customer service if your parcel has been delivered without resending it if you want to know what actions to take next.

6. DUTIES & TAX

6.1 Sales Tax
Please note that all prices quoted are before sales tax, which will be added to the price of the goods when you place an order for them.

6.2 Import Duties & Taxes

Our international shipments are pre-paid, so the customer won’t have to pay any additional fees upon arrival in the destination country.

7. CANCELATION

Whether you are changing your mind prior to receiving your order or if you have yet to receive your order, cancellations are accepted at any time before the order has been dispatched. If the order has already been shipped, we will be able to refund the order under our refund policy.

8. INSURANCE

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.

8.1 Process for parcel damaged in-transit
Once the courier has completed their investigation, we will process a refund or replacement.

8.2 Process for parcel lost in transit
Once the courier has investigated the lost parcel and determined that it can’t be found, we will process a refund or replacement.
